Labiahead at (Le) Poisson Rouge
Partially Radiohead-inspired cover band, partially music-centric comedy, fully femme. Labiahead takes the dull expectations for what a cover band entails and smashes them on their head. Existing within their own stratosphere of notoriety, Labiahead effortlessly infuses their performances with Radiohead’s avant-garde stylistic choices, contemplative lyricism, complex time signatures, and utterly grandiose, yet inspiringly melodic songs. As a preface to their sold out evening show, and in the fashion of Thom Yorke and Jonny Greenwood, Labiahead will bring an acoustic matinee performance of In Rainbows to the LPR stage on 6.28. What began as an adolescent adoration with Radiohead and a mere spin on names, Labiahead has blossomed into a full-fledged force to be reckoned with, combining their knack for satirical word play with a deeply-rooted understanding of technical musicality. Founded by comedic icon and established musician, Charlene Kaye (Netflix), and acclaimed television and Broadway star, Lena Hall (Waitress, Your Friends & Neighbors), alongside guitarist Meg Toohey, bassist Lexi Bodick, and drummer Paige Andrews, the band brings their own uniquely feminine take to the long-dominated male scene, breathing a fresh perspective into Radiohead’s vast discography. Above all, Labiahead don’t shy away from the deep cuts or instrumental intricacies (or Yorke’s volatile falsettos), instead choosing to embrace Radiohead in their entirety – not just in popularity.
Upon their formation in 2024, Labiahead has ridden the fast-track to fame, making themselves a viral sensation through social media clips of their electric performances throughout NYC and LA. Most recently, they’ve found themselves the subject of a New York Times profile, detailing their formation, driven by a desire for equality and inclusivity in artistic spaces. In Kaye’s own words, “There’s been such a hunger for more female visibility in music, and for women connecting with each other and lifting each other up, especially in this political climate.” Though they may be an all-female, queer band, a room inhabited by Labiahead is a room in which all are welcome – though headbanging may be required.
In perfect alignment with NYC Pride, along with their sold out evening show, Labiahead bring the genre-bending soundscapes of Radiohead to the LPR stage on 6.28 for an afternoon of inadvertent introspection, mystifying instrumentals, and a hint of comedy.
Gotts Street Park at (Le) Poisson Rouge
The self-proclaimed ‘cinematic soul’ trio, Gotts Street Park, make their NYC debut at LPR on 7.30 with an evening that will fall nothing short of sonically captivating. Individually, they’re creative powerhouses. Together, they’re something along the lines of a musical anomaly, shaping a contemporary sound that grows from the legendary roots of Motown, Stax, and Muscle Shoals visionaries. Born from sheer experimentation and the untapped potential for emanating an utterly mesmerizing sound, Josh Crocker (bass, production), Tom Henry (keys), and Joe Harris (guitar) meld their unique studio backgrounds to form a soundscape that immerses you in 60’s-inspired R&B totality. Their songs, bass-driven with tight grooves, exude an energy symbolic of a once thriving cultural movement. Becoming masters in the art of collaboration, however, may be their most endearing characteristic of all. Working alongside the likes of Celeste, Rosie Lowe, Olive Jones, and Pip Millett, Gotts Street Park have fashioned themselves into a band that ebbs and flows through shifting styles and distinct tastes. Their latest release, single “Some Birds Don’t Fly”, featuring Matt Maltese, transports listeners into an atmospheric auditory experience, signaling what’s next on the horizon as the band moves into a new season.
Though loyal students to the studio, the virtuosos of Gotts Street Park have a radical understanding of live performance, seamlessly shifting the organic, spontaneous nature of their recording sessions straight to the stage. A raw, real, and borderline religious experience, if it were to be sharply summarized. Something undeniable takes place when instrumentalists of this capacity converge within the unexpected nature that lies in audience and artist intimacy.
A band of no frills, but rather distinct musicianship and truly self-evident chemistry, Gotts Street Park prepare to make their New York City debut on LPR’s stage In The Round this July. Marking a new era, this performance is bound to become an indelible stepping stone on their way into a culture-shifting legacy.

When it comes to a career built upon endless versatility, Action Bronson is one of few who have more than mastered the trade. From chef to television personality to writer and ultimately rapper, above all, Bronson has always been unapologetically himself–and he has over a decade of material to prove so. Equal parts eccentric and soulful, the New York native has cemented his reputation among the hip hop greats, luring in fans with a flow that’s heavily reminiscent of the city’s early scene, yet entirely his own.
Now, with his latest album release, PLANET FROG, still fresh on the mind, Bronson brings 3-nights of tight grooves and hypnotizing lyricism back to the LPR stage for the first time in two years. Backed by his highly vivacious and relentlessly funky band, Human Growth Hormone, these performances are sure to be a reminder of just how undeniable Bronson’s impact truly is.

Dutch Interior at (Le) Poisson Rouge
Lifelong friendships, enriching shared experiences, a common goal and a music taste that spills from one member to the next–that is Dutch Interior. A band that emerges from profound relationships is not simply fate at work, but something deeper, more prophetic, knowing that this collaboration was truly meant to take place. The California six-piece band have always had something to say, and now they’ve materialized with the means to do so. Their songs can be equated with a breath of fresh air, touching on both interpersonal revelations and universal feelings.
The manifestations of each individual culminates in music that blends and weaves through genres, tapping into twangy country riffs, ambient soundscapes, and folky melodies. Just as their songs are extensions of themselves, the band is an extension of their deeply-rooted relationships, building upon an idea that each are “branches of the same core life”. This transfixing environment will be intrinsically felt within the walls of LPR this September. As they exist on the same wavelength, their live performances erupt into an otherworldly landscape that flows naturally amongst every member, writing a mystery of where one instrument ends and the next begins.
