Curated Selection of

Local Vendors

Gainesville is affectionately known for its abundance of farmers and craft markets, with a wide array of vendors, supplying everything from sweets to pottery to woodworks and everything in between. We knew that to differentiate ourselves and to drive attendance on a Wednesday night, we would need a carefully curated selection of Gainesville’s finest. By working alongside a local artisan, we were able to better understand what the market currently looks like and supply a list of vendors who best fit our vision. In doing so, we acquired a list of over 48 vendors, narrowing our selection down to 20 of our favorites. Each vendor brought a unique inclusion to our market, featuring an assortment of sweet treats, art, candles, fresh farm items, plants, hand-crafted clothing items, glass-blown crafts and much more.

A Visit From the

Man in Red

Above all, we always aim to create spaces for the entire family - dogs included! In doing so, we thought “what’s the perfect way to engage kids around the holidays?” Of course, we had to bring in a visit from Santa, complete with some *real* snow. This created some of the most memorable moments we’ve had here, and by providing pictures to parents, we hope to have made some they can take home to remember forever.

S’mores and Hot Chocolate by the Fire

Nothing screams the holidays quite like a warm night around the fire. And what better way to top that off than our full bar, stocked with s’mores, hot chocolate, and even a special hot cider…

Handcrafted Goods

Creating a market is more than just buying and selling. It’s about selecting goods that your audience wants to buy. But more than that, they want to cherish. With our selection of vendors, focusing heavily on locally and handcrafted goods, we offered a selection of items that showcase our local businesses, highlight the artistic culture of Gainesville, and are purchases of high quality that can last a lifetime.

The Dreamiest Decor

This past year, we finalized some huge renovation and restoration projects throughout our property, allowing us to finally dive into decorating for the holidays. Throughout our complex we selected decor that we felt embodied the space and reflected the vision we use in decision-making around the property.
